Manchester, NH Teen Charged with Rape at High School

MANCHESTER – A high school senior is charged with forcing sex on a 14-year-old girl one morning last week at Central High School where both are students.  James D. Lamontagne, 18, of 1788 River Road was arraigned yesterday in Manchester District Court on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
