Via Sex Crimes a new ruling on Massachusetts's registration requirements.
The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ruled that the Sex Offender Registry Board must change its registration form so sex offenders can clearly identify themselves as homeless. The current registration form does not "designate a place where homeless sex offenders can list a shelter as their residence without being penalized." You can read the decision here.
